SALTED BREADCRUMB TOPPING

INGREDIENTS 1 tablespoon unsalted butter ½ cup breadcrumbs, homemade or store-bought ½ teaspoon salt

 

DIRECTIONS In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium-low heat. Add the breadcrumbs and salt, and stir continuously until the breadcrumbs are golden and fragrant, 5 to 7 minutes.
