Ingredients: 4 round pitta breads Olive oil for drizzling 2 tsp paprika Sea salt and ground pepper to season
Preheat the oven to 200˚C/400°F/Gas Mark 7.
Use kitchen scissors to cut the pitta breads into triangular wedges and then snip the edges so they are single layered. Place the cut pitta on a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil. Season with a generous sprinkling of the paprika and salt and pepper. Give the tray a good shake.
bake in the oven untile crisp for approximately 10 min.
